Refund Policy

We want you to love your gear. If something's not right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

How to Start a Return
Email us at treyhallsey@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll get back to you with next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items can't be returned unless defective: opened/used gaming accessories (earbuds, controller grips), and any item marked "Final Sale" at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Since products may ship from different supplier locations, we'll provide the correct return address for your specific item when you contact us.

Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that haven't yet shipped.
